Welcome to AfricanFounders.org (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, community platform, membership services, or attending our events (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, do not use our Services.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to deny membership or access to any user who does not align with our mission of supporting African founders and innovators.
We offer multiple membership levels (SEED, SPROUT, and SAPLING). Each level comes with distinct benefits, which may change from time to time. Access to certain events, tools, and resources may be restricted based on your membership tier.
You agree not to share any members-only materials or resources outside the community unless explicitly permitted.
As part of our mission to foster collaboration and mentorship, members agree to:
• Treat others with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from spamming or soliciting without permission
• Avoid discriminatory, hateful, or disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these guidelines.
Our events, mentorship sessions, and community meetups are for informational and networking purposes only. African Founders does not guarantee business success, fundraising outcomes, or investment as a result of participation.
Some Services may require payment (e.g., membership fees or event tickets). All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All content on AfricanFounders.org, including event recordings, guides, and branded materials, are owned by African Founders and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.
If you post or share content (e.g., introductions, comments, listings), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the community and for promotional purposes.
We may share tools, platforms, and partner offers. We are not responsible for the content or terms of third-party sites.
Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, success outcomes, or complete accuracy of all information shared.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, African Founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we do, we’ll post the revised version here with the new effective date. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the new Terms.
